The characters you see around Fractional, and the experts who help your club.
The Fracs are the colorful characters you'll spot around Fractional, like here in the Help Center. They stand for the experts who help clubs with their work.
Experts in your club
Experts are specialists a club adds to help it run. Some are people, like a lawyer or an accountant. Others are built into Fractional.
- Every expert is a member of the club, with their own name and profile.
- You talk to them the same way you talk to anyone else: mention them in a channel or send them a message.
- Built-in experts show up in Members labeled Agent.
What built-in experts can do
- Answer questions about your club, its pitch and its documents.
- Help with tasks, like drafting updates or keeping notes up to date.
- Follow pitches and keep the club posted on what changes.
Note
When a built-in expert needs permission before doing something, you'll see Needs your OK, and nothing happens until someone approves it.
