What it costs to start a club, join one and keep it running.
Joining Fractional and following pitches is free. Fees apply when a club raises money and while it's running.
Starting a club
- Setup fee: $3,500. It's credited back to you, and it's free if your club is funded.
When members join
- Transaction fee: 3% of each member's commitment, with a $6,000 minimum per club.
Running a club
- Service fee: $3,500 per year for each club.
Note
The amounts you see when you set up your club or commit to a pitch are the ones that apply to you.
