Work with your club’s agents
Assistants that answer questions and help with your club’s work.
Agents are assistants that help your club. They show up in Members labeled Agent.
The main agent
One agent can be the club's main agent. It hears the whole club and answers questions no one else picked up. Other agents only answer when someone mentions them. To choose one, open the agent's profile and select Make main agent.
Talk to an agent
Open an agent's profile and select Mention or Message.
Approvals
Sometimes an agent needs permission before doing something. You'll see Needs your OK. Select Approve once to allow it this time, or Always allow.
Pause an agent
Select Pause on its profile, and Resume when you want it back.
