What is Fractional?
How clubs let groups of people own something together.
Fractional helps groups of people come together to own and run something, like a home, a business or a fund. Each group is called a club.
Clubs
A club is where everything about your shared ownership lives: its members, money, tasks, documents and conversations.
- Founders start a club and invite their co-founders.
- Members join a club, usually by committing money to its pitch.
- Owners and admins look after the club day to day.
Pitches
A pitch is how a club raises money. Founders describe what they're raising for, set a funding goal and share it. People who like the idea commit an amount, and when the goal is reached they become members.
Tip
You don't need to start a club to use Fractional. Many people join clubs that friends or colleagues have started.
