What happens when a pitch closes
From reaching the goal to sending your initial capital.
When commitments close, one of two things happens.
The goal was reached
The club moves to closing. You'll be asked to send your initial capital by wire or bank transfer, and you'll become a member of the club.
The goal wasn't reached
No one becomes a member and your lock-in fee is refunded.
